On Jan. 6, the FDA classified the recall as Class I, the most high-risk recall category. Consuming the product could cause serious adverse health issues, according to the agency. The affected grated cheese products were sold in plastic bags and cups of different sizes under the brands Locatelli, Pinna, Boar’s Head, Member’s Mark and Ambriola.
