ALLEGAN COUNTY, MI — A pedestrian was transported to the hospital in serious condition after being struck by a vehicle on M-40 on Tuesday evening. The crash happened around 6 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 23, near 136th Avenue in Heath Township, according to an incident report from the Allegan County Sheriff’s Office.
It happened at around 10:23 p.m. on Saturday near S. Gilbert Street and Carol Drive, according to the Fullerton Police Department.
The pedestrian sustained extensive injuries and was transported to University Hospitals Elyria Medical Center for treatment. The dog died at the scene.

PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla. (CBS12) — Police said it is investigating a vehicle versus pedestrian crash in Palm Beach Gardens on Tuesday afternoon. The Palm Beach Gardens Police Department said that its traffic unit is on scene investigating the crash scene at the intersection of Sandtree Drive and Northlake Boulevard.
