A Sugar Valley Lodge resident was fatally stabbed by another resident of the personal care home in Polk Borough on Saturday morning, according to Franklin state police.
A vacant residence that the Oil City Fire Department had utilized for training purposes caught fire on Saturday morning, according to a news release from Fire Chief Tim Alex.
